Greeting from the Music Directors
Welcome to Aragon Music and the 2025-2026 Year!
We’re John Chen, Director of Orchestra and Choirs, and Kevin Gallagher, Director of Bands.
We’re alumni of Aragon High School and the Aragon Music program. We loved our time at Aragon so much, we made it our full-time jobs. The music program has grown tremendously since our time at the school. In fact, the program is the largest it’s ever been. We teach nearly 300 students across 11 classes (3 Bands, 2 Jazz Bands, 3 Orchestras, 3 Choirs, and 3 Music Teachers).
We welcome new and returning students to the Aragon Music family! We look forward to seeing you in our classrooms on campus.
